What is happening?

Early in 2024, you will be able to register in the BCM One Customer Care Portal which will soon replace the Online Bill Portal that you are utilizing currently.

Why?

BCM One is focused on the continuous improvement of our customer’s experience.

What does this mean for me?

You will have a new and improved Customer Care Portal in early 2024.
IMPORTANT: You will need to create new credentials to access the new portal.

How will I get access to the New Care Portal?

We will send you an email with a registration link to create new credentials in the Customer Care Portal.

Will the old Online Bill Portal still work?

For a short period of time, you will continue to have access to your current Online Bill Portal as well as the new Care Portal. Historical invoices up to 12 months prior will be available in the Customer Care Portal.

What will I be able to access in this New Care Portal?

You will be able to view and download invoices, make payments, view service summaries, view contacts, open a billing ticket and change security settings.

If I have auto pay set up, do I need to set it up again?

No, if you have autopay set up in the Online Bill Portal, you will not need to set it up again in the Customer Care Portal.
