Geoff Bloss joined BCM One in 2012 and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer before being appointed to the role of CEO early in 2019 to lead the company to the next level of growth. He is also a member of the company’s board of directors.
Bloss previously served as Chief Information Leader at FlightSafety International, a $1B Berkshire Hathaway company. Earlier in his career, Bloss built deep expertise in the telecommunications industry, providing strategic and program management consulting and deploying operational support systems.
Bloss received an M.B.A from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. in Mathematical Science with Honors from the University of North Carolina. He was selected as one of QuantumShift’s Top Entrepreneurs in America for 2019 by KPMG LLP’s Private Markets Group and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
As Chief Financial Officer at BCM One, Doug leads all accounting, reporting, billing, collections and revenue assurance activities. Doug is a hands-on international financial leader with a combination of Fortune 50 best practices, and an entrepreneurial approach, developed during his tenures at PepsiCo, the Bulova Corporation, and other startup and midsized companies.
Fechter has built and led accounting teams in entrepreneurial businesses and implemented and improved financial planning, reporting, budgeting and control processes. He combines his knowledge of operations with an analytical approach to identify key metrics for evaluating business performance.
Fechter holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from University of Florida.
As Vice President of Operations, Paul Bloom oversees the Network Engineering, Client Service Delivery and Client Support teams at BCM One. Paul has previously held positions at PAETEC, Winstar, and New York Telephone.
Bloom holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Mercy College.
As General Counsel for BCM One, Eileen oversees the legal affairs of the company. In her role, Eileen negotiates all company agreements across all sales channels, with all service providers, clients and partners. She also manages company policy for employment and labor law, risk assessment as well as corporate acquisition, inquiries and outside litigation.
Prior to joining BCM One in 2012, Cohan was a Staff Attorney and Bar Exam tutor at Pieper Bar Review, an Adjunct Law Professor at the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University and an Associate at Rivkin Radler LLP.
Cohan received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University.
With a passion for building marketing departments from the ground up, Paula brings 20 years of experience to BCM One. Paula is responsible for marketing communications, brand strategy, demand generation and public relations. Paula was recognized as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel in 2019 and 2017 for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.
Como Kauth holds a B.S. in Marketing from Philadelphia University.
In her decade serving as Director of BCM One’s Technology Optimization Group, Clari oversees day-to-day operations to support the company’s clients, including executive-level sponsorship for the onboarding of new clients and product development.
Prior to BCM One, R-Garcia worked as a project manager at Secure Path Networks and at Cable & Wireless Communications. R-Garcia attended Hunter College in New York City.
As Director of Sales, Meghan is responsible for managing the retention and growth of BCM One’s account base in addition to recruiting new logos nationally by engaging with new medium and enterprise-sized clients.
Neilan has been an instrumental part of BCM One’s growth having been with the company since 2006 and rising through the ranks in sales management. She has managed various strategic partnerships with suppliers, technology vendors, signature clients and is a key contributor to the growth of the “BCM One Gives Back Program” by building our non-profit vertical, a key market for BCM One. Neilan was named a finalist for the 2019 Stevie® Awards for Women in Business Employee of the Year—Business category and recognized on the prestigious list of CRN’s 2018 Women of the Channel.
Neilan holds a B.S. in Marketing from Montclair State University.
Andy is responsible for the success of BCM One’s Channel Partner Program from partner on-boarding and enablement strategy, strategic product enablement, client engagement and overall management of the BCM One Channel Partner team.
Steinke joined BCM One close to 10 years ago and has been instrumental in the growth of the BCM One’s channel partner program. Steinke was recognized to the prestigious list of 2018 Channel Chiefs by CRN® representing top leaders in the IT channel who excel at driving growth and revenue.
Steinke holds a B.S. in both Biology and Crime, Law and Justice, and a minor in Military History from The Pennsylvania State University.
