Lita Miller

Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Lita Miller is responsible for operations across the BCM One family of brands.  She oversees the global operations team that provides follow-the-sun onboarding and support for clients and partners.  Miller also develops and implements strategic plans and ensures operations are aligned to corporate goals and are efficient, effective, and compliant. Miller previously served as BCM One’s Vice President, Business Integration, managing the acquisition and integration of CoreDial, Flowroute, and Pure IP into BCM One. Before that, Miller managed Operations for nexVortex for eight years before BCM One acquired it in 2020.

Over the course of her career, Miller has held senior management positions in the telecommunications and construction industries. She spent eight years in the construction project management sector overseeing residential and commercial renovations. Earlier in her career, she was a telecommunications project manager at Cisco Systems and has experience leading implementation teams for software and hardware telephony solutions. Miller received her MBA from The George Washington University, and earned a B.S. in Business from Albright College.
