As Vice President, Business Operations for BCM One’s NextGen Communications Group, Lita Miller leads and manages the customer journey for our SIP, Managed SIP and UCaaS customers, specifically for our acquired brand entities of SIP.US, SIPTRUNK, nexVortex, and SkySwitch. She is responsible for setting strategic direction and developing long- and short-term priorities to continuously optimize the customer journey.
Miller insists on exceeding expectations during the provisioning and post-sales onboarding of our growing customer base and continues to challenge the industry definition of support with a focus on uncommon customer service for our Customer Experience and Order Services teams. Miller places high value on proactive and collaborative customer engagements with a focus on sustained relationships to better serve our customers.
Miller came to BCM One via the acquisition of nexVortex, which she joined in 2012. Previously she spent eight years in the construction project management sector. Earlier in her career, she was a telecommunications project manager at Cisco Systems for six years and has experience leading implementation teams for software and hardware telephony solutions.
Miller received an MBA from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Business from Albright College.
