Doug Fechter

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Doug Fechter is responsible for the company’s financial operations, overseeing the global accounting, reporting, billing, collections, revenue assurance, commissions, procurement, and treasury activities across the BCM One family of brands. In addition, he has led the charge in automating accounting workflows by implementing state-of-the-art systems and processes.

Fechter is a hands-on international financial leader with a combination of Fortune 50 best practices and an entrepreneurial approach, developed during his tenures at PepsiCo, the Bulova Corporation, and other start-up and midsized companies. He has built and led accounting teams in entrepreneurial businesses and implemented and improved financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and control processes. Fechter is also responsible for HR across the organization and is leading a series of initiatives to create a strategic HR practice for supporting and recruiting high-performing employees.

Fechter holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
