To avoid missing an invoice, you must email customercare@bcmone.com to request a registration link so that you can set up Customer Care Portal access. Starting on September 1, you will only have access to your invoice through the Customer Care Portal.

LIVE NOW! New Online Payment Portal

BCM One is pleased to announce that we have partnered with JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Paymentus Corporation, an electronic billing and payment vendor, to offer a new online Payment Portal. Through the new payment portal paybill.BCMOne.com you are able to pay your invoice via ACH (electronic check) or credit card (3% fee will appear on your next invoice).

A few important points:

  • You will remit your payment either directly at paybill.BCMOne.com or through the “Make Payment” link on the Customer Care Portal.
  • IMPORTANT: If you are registered now for autopay, you will need to re-register on the new payment portal platform. Please note: AutoPay must be set up at least one day before the due date or it will not take effect until the following month.
  • Your billing due date will not change.
  • You will have the option to pay one invoice at a time without registering or you may register to enable autopay.
  • You will be charged a 3% fee on credit card payments.
