Old technology drains resources, you waste money on unused licenses, and new technology requires large upfront cash outlays and a team of people to manage installation and maintenance. The ongoing cost of service contracts for onsite PBXs is a key driver of switching to UCaaS. With UCaaS, you can get rid of obsolete technology and pay only for what you actually need right now, with the predictability of knowing exactly what you will pay month-to-month. We take over the upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting, saving you significant money and time.
Security
You don’t necessarily need to purchase SD-WAN to acquire SASE. Many SASE solutions include SD-WAN as a core component, since they complement each other in providing a comprehensive solution for network connectivity and security. If you already have an SD-WAN solution in place, it may be possible to integrate it with a SASE solution that complements your existing infrastructure.
Yes, BCM One SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) is designed to address the hybrid and work-from-home needs of modern organizations. As a cloud-based network security framework, SASE combines various security functions, such as cloud access security brokers (CASB), zero-trust network access (ZTNA), firewall-as-a-service (FWaaS), and secure web gateways (SWG), into a single, unified service.
SASE has several advantages for addressing the challenges posed by hybrid and remote work environments:
- Consistent Security Policies
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Improved Performance
- Scalable
- Flexible
- Fully Managed
BCM One SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) incorporates ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) as a key component in our cloud-based network security framework to help organizations enhance their network security and access control in the face of growing remote work and cloud adoption trends.
By following a zero-trust approach, SASE ensures that no user or device is trusted by default, regardless of their location. This security model minimizes the attack surface and strengthens overall security.
SASE offers a comprehensive set of analytics and reporting features to help organizations gain better visibility and insights into their network security, performance, and user activities. Some key analytics and reporting features available with Versa SASE solution include:
- Network and Application Performance: Security Analytics: User Activity and Behaviors
- Traffic Flow Analysis: Compliance Reporting
- Log Management and Retention Customizable Dashboards
SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) can be integrated into your existing SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) solution to provide a more comprehensive and secure network infrastructure. The integration process generally involves the following steps:
- Assess your existing SD-WAN infrastructure
- Choose a SASE provider that offers a solution compatible with your current SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Implement SASE security functions alongside your existing SD-WAN solution.
- Configure access policies that align with your organization’s security requirements.
- Monitor and manage your integrated solution.
