Mark Amick

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Mark Amick is responsible for all engineering, network, and operations across the BCM One family of brands. He oversees the development team that designs and builds the company’s comprehensive communications and connectivity network, as well as the global operations team that ensures the ongoing reliability and maintainability of the company’s geographically diverse network. Additionally, Amick manages the team that provides follow-the-sun onboarding and support for clients and partners. He previously served as Group President at SIP.US and SIPTRUNK before BCM One acquired the companies in 2019.

Amick has held various leadership positions at Ipswitch, Digium, and ADTRAN. While at Digium, he was the General Manager of Digium Cloud Services, launching and directing all of their cloud development efforts. Amick has a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee.
