Director, Marketing

BCM One is looking for a high-energy, results-driven, and well-rounded Marketing leader with a demonstrated history of managing a variety of marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mindset, capable of conceptualizing and executing on marketing strategies and tactics. 

    As a member of the marketing team, the Director, Marketing will work with the CMO on the overall market strategy mainly for our SkySwitch brand (the #1 white-label UCaaS provider). 

    The Director, Marketing will be responsible for managing a high-performing marketing team that works closely with sales and other key stakeholders to drive new partner acquisition and revenue growth. This position is responsible for the oversight and execution of all marketing functions and initiatives that directly impact lead and demand generation, sales velocity, revenue, and marketing effectiveness.

    What you will do:

    • Overall lead high-performing, efficient and effective marketing programs supporting our SkySwitch brand with two-three direct reports. 
    • Manage all aspects of marketing including demand generation and nurturing, communications, marketing operations, event management and other key marketing functions
    • Continue to improve our marketing automation and CRM platform (HubSpot) to track, report on, and improve key metric performance
    • Manage the relationship with our digital agency to oversee our data/metric-driven lead generation program and system to continue to generate SQLs at levels that will support the company’s defined growth objectives
    • Analyze and evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI of all marketing programs and disseminate the results 
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to allocate Marketing resources appropriately across various projects, including balancing customer/prospect needs with longer-term needs
    • Lead and drive external and internal marketing communications, ensuring clear, powerful, and consistent messages to amplify our white-label business unit and platforms, services and brand
    • Conduct market research to better understand channel audiences and market conditions including persona development, win/loss analysis, message testing and market sizing
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with outsourced marketing vendors, particularly with our digital marketing agency
    • Collaborate and work with sales and product leadership to understand our channel partner wants and needs as BCM One and SkySwitch grows and changes to adapt to market trends

     What you will need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
    • 10+ years of marketing experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization with experience in all facets of marketing. Ideal candidate will have experience in the telecom space.
    • Proven marketing background with experience successfully leading various disciplines such as lead generation, digital marketing (search, paid social, website), analysis of leads, branding, marketing communications, public relations, and events.  HubSpot knowledge and expertise of platform (both CRM and Marketing platform) an added plus.
    • Expertise with leading overall marketing strategy to drive and support sales, including budget allocation, opportunity assessment, and prioritization
    • Solid experience in driving and leading quality demand and lead generation programs, and can show clear and consistent results
