Cassandra Monroe has been with BCM One for over 13 years where she oversees the billing and revenue assurance departments, ensuring that client invoices are accurate and identifying service utilization trends. She was recognized as Employee of the Year twice—in 2013 and 2019.
Monroe spearheaded and chairs the BCM One Diversity & Inclusion Committee with the mission statement, “To cultivate an environment where every individual, regardless of their personal story, has the opportunity to thrive in their professional experience at BCM One.”
Prior to BCM One, Monroe spent nine years working as a billing analyst for Broadview Networks (now part of Windstream Communications).
Monroe received an MBA from Capella University with a focus on human resources management, and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle.
