Mike Nowak

General Manager, BCM One

As General Manager, BCM One, Mike Nowak is responsible for the profitability and expansion of the BCM One brand, including Pure IP Enterprise Voice, which serves mid-market and enterprise customers. He oversees sales and go-to-market strategies, product, day-to-day operations, budgeting, and staffing of the business unit.

Nowak had previously held positions within BCM One as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer.  Prior to BCM One he was the Vice President of Sales at nexVortex, which was acquired by BCM One in 2020, helping build the organization from a small start-up to a growth company validated with over 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth and recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies 10 years in a row. Nowak also held channel sales positions at Aspen Consulting and Bandwidth.com, and he started his career in technical sales at IBM.

Nowak was named to the prestigious list of Channel Chiefs by CRN® in 2022, representing top leaders in the IT channel who excel at driving growth and revenue. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University.
