New offering gives businesses a complete hosted voice solution with QoS, security, and business continuity assurance

NEW YORK, NY, JUNE 30, 2021 – BCM One, a leading NextGen Communications and Managed Services provider, today announced the availability of SD-WAN for UCaaSone™, a managed solution that offers the modern hosted voice capabilities customers want with the QoS and security they need. With SD-WAN for UCaaSone, voice traffic is securely delivered over dual circuits using the latest encryption technologies on overlay tunnels as well as packet duplication to enhance the call quality of our hosted voice service.

The solution combines UCaaSone, managed SD-WAN for Versa, and VitalView™ offerings. UCaaSone is BCM One’s hosted voice solution which leverages the BroadSoft® platform to deliver essential communications services, including instant messaging, presence, voice and video calling, multi-party video collaboration, and desktop sharing in real time to enhance business productivity. SD-WAN from BCM One uses Versa gateways in the company’s New York City and Dallas POPs for business continuity. VitalView is the company’s proactive, 24×7 network monitoring and management tool, which provides added insurance for optimal performance.
