BCM One’s Cassandra Monroe Honored on 2022 Channel Futures DE&I 101 List

NEW YORK, NY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2022 – BCM One, a leading provider of NextGen Communications and Managed Services for IT leaders and resellers, announced today that Cassandra Monroe, Director of Billing and Revenue Assurance at BCM One, earned a spot on the Channel Futures DE&I 101 list. This list recognizes individuals working in the information and communication technology channel who are driving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology channel through their words, actions, and leadership.

Cassandra initiated and serves as Chair of the BCM One Diversity & Inclusion Committee whose goal is to cultivate an environment where every individual, regardless of their personal story, has the opportunity to thrive in their professional experience at the company. Today the committee has 20+ members who meet on a regular basis to host activities and develop programs designed to foster a culture of understanding, inclusion, and acceptance.
