BCM One’s Meghan Neilan Named Finalist in 16th Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business

NEW YORK, NY, October 3, 2019 – BCM One‘s Director of Sales, Meghan Neilan, was named a Finalist in the Employee of the Year—Business category in the 16th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program. More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run—worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, November 15. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the U.S.A and several other countries are expected to attend.

Neilan was recognized for realigning and building the direct sales team that she leads to go after net-new customers.  This was critical to meet the company’s new aggressive growth strategy as part of BCM One’s partnership with Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm, to recapitalize the company. The plan includes a formalized strategy to specialize in and target three key industries (healthcare, retail, and financial services), drive double-digit growth, and position the company for new acquisitions in the space.
