Como Kauth was recruited to BCM One close to a year ago, to build the corporate marketing communications team to enhance brand awareness and overall sales for the company, with a particular focus on driving channel sales which makes-up 60% of the sales revenue for the company. Since assuming her role as marketing chief at BCM One, Como Kauth has managed to increase quantifiable results by increasing lead generation by over 70%, which has resulted in the recruitment of quality new partners to the channel program. In addition, she has incorporated various strategic events and sales trainings for existing partners, which has strengthened sales opportunities month after month. After only six months into her position, Como Kauth was awarded with a spot on BCM One’s Exclusive President’s Circle Trip for having the most impact on the business in the shortest amount of time.
