Ahearn spearheads the BCM One Gives Back Program where clients can donate to their charity of choice as part of the contract process. Nowhere is Ahearn’s passion more apparent, however, than in his work with the Francis X. Ahearn, Sr. Foundation, which he launched in memory of his father. The foundation helps families overcome the overwhelming financial burdens associated with cancer treatment. The foundation has distributed hundreds of thousands of dollars and works closely with institutions such as the Sloan Kettering Institute for Cancer Research and the New York City Marathon.


Ahearn has been in the telecom industry for twenty-five years, and spent his earlier years working in sales for Centex Telemanagement. Ahearn has a reputation for maintaining well-respected relationships with national carriers and technology vendors and has funded multiple start-up telecom agencies as well.


John Cunningham

Founder & Co-CEO

As Founder & Co-CEO of BCM One, John Cunningham oversees strategic planning and initiatives, business development, channel sales, supplier management, overall revenue growth and financial performance. An active industry professional, Cunningham serves on various advisory boards including Verizon, CenturyLink, Mitel, Spectrum, Lightower, West, Internap and the BoB Conference to name a few. Cunningham was honored with the 2018 Circle of Excellence Award by Channel Partners magazine and is a two-time finalist for Cloud Partner’s “Telecom Executive of the Year Award” and was listed as the #9 Disrupter on “CRN’s Top 100 Executives of 2017”.

Prior to launching BCM One, Cunningham was a sales and branch manager throughout the Northeast Corridor for Centex Telemanagement, one of the first companies to manage local and long-distance telephone services for businesses.


Over the course of a 25-year career characterized by leadership, entrepreneurialism and a rare vision for the future of the technology landscape, Cunningham has founded and piloted three highly successful companies which all rolled up into what is now BCM One.


Jay Monaghan

Partner & President

A 25-year veteran of the technology and telecommunications industries, BCM One Partner & President Jay Monaghan brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to his role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. In a career that has included leadership positions in both sales and operations, he’s earned a reputation for his creative problem solving, strong people skills and tireless work ethic.

Recruited out of college into ADP’s Sales Management Program, Monaghan then moved on to Centex Telemanagement, where he worked alongside BCM One co-founders John Cunningham and Frank Ahern. After rising from account executive to sales management position’s in the firm’s New Jersey & Baltimore office, he left Centex to join BCM One.


Monaghan received a B.B.A. from Iona College.


Geoff Bloss

Chief Operation Officer

Geoff Bloss, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the underlying systems that support BCM One’s leading technology solutions, and the strong commitment to flawless executions for client installations and deployments. In addition, Bloss is the executive lead for our cloud solutions and Microsoft practice, initiating new innovative solutions for BCM One.

Drawn to BCM One by the company’s tight-knit, entrepreneurial atmosphere and mission of providing customers with a world-class experience, Bloss spent his career largely between corporate leadership and telecom consulting positions. Most recently, he was senior IT leader for FlightSafety International, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. As a consultant, Bloss spent significant time working with Telecom Management Consulting Group (TMCG) and American Management Systems (AMS), where he led the deployment of custom Operational Support Systems for the firm’s telecom clients.


Bloss received a M.B.A from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Mathematical Science with Honors from the University of North Carolina.


Doug Fechter

Chief Financial Officer

Doug Fechter is Chief Financial Officer at BCM One, where he leads all accounting, reporting, billing, collections and revenue assurance activities. A hands-on international financial leader with a combination of Fortune 50 best practices, developed during his 14 years on the international finance team at PepsiCo, and an entrepreneurial approach, having subsequently been Chief Financial Officer for startup and midsized businesses including the Bulova Corporation.

Fechter has built and led accounting teams in entrepreneurial businesses and implemented and improved financial planning, reporting, budgeting and control processes. He combines his knowledge of operations with an analytical approach to identify key metrics for evaluating business performance.


Fechter holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from University of Florida.


Corinne Kerner

Vice President, Technology Optimization Group

Corinne Kerner is the Vice President of our Technology Optimization Group. In her role, Kerner specializes in audit and optimization engagements, and focuses on overall project management, historical expense audits and contract renegotiation to maximize results for clients. She brings to BCM One more than 20 years of experience as an auditor, forensic accountant and restructuring advisor. Her experience crosses numerous industry sectors including healthcare, financial services, real estate, retail, media entertainment and communications.

Before joining BCM One, Kerner held positions with several leading global financial consulting firms, where specialized in restructuring, litigation and forensic investigation services. She also worked at UBS in the leveraged finance practice and at Arthur Andersen LLP in the financial services audit practice.


Kerner holds a B.B.A. from Pace University and is a certified public accountant and licensed private investigator. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.


Paul Bloom

Vice President, Operation

As Vice President of Operations, Paul Bloom oversees the Network Engineering, Client Service Delivery and Client Support teams at BCM One. He was previously at PAETEC, where he began his career as a Sales Engineer. He was there for 11 years and worked his way through several management levels and ultimately ended his tenure as Vice President of Solutions Engineering for the East Region. Bloom also held positions at Winstar Communications and New York Telephone.

Eileen Cohan

General Counsel

As General Counsel for BCM One, Eileen Cohan oversees the legal affairs of the company. In her role, Cohan negotiates all company agreements across all sales channels, with all service providers, clients and partners. Cohan also manages company policy for employment and labor law, risk assessment as well as corporate acquisition, inquires and outside litigation.

Prior to joining BCM One in 2012, Cohan was a Staff Attorney and Bar Exam tutor at Pieper Bar Review, an Adjunct Law Professor at the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University and an Associate at Rivkin Radler LLP.


Cohan received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University.


Paula Como Kauth

Senior Director, Marketing

With a passion for building marketing departments from the ground up, Paula Como Kauth brings 20 years of experience to BCM One as Senior Director, Marketing. Como Kauth is responsible for marketing communications, brand strategy, demand generation and public relations.

Having worked for both growth startup companies to large corporate companies, Como Kauth brings a blend of experience working in various work cultures and processes. Prior to BCM One, Como Kauth held marketing leadership positions at two growth telecom service providers – Transbeam and UNSi which was acquired by GTT. She also held corporate marketing positions at AT&T Business and Qwest Communications. Como Kauth was recognized as one of CRN’s 2017 Women of the Channel. Como Kauth was recognized as one of CRN’s 2017 Women of the Channel for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.


Como Kauth holds a B.S. in Marketing from Philadelphia University.


Andy Steinke

Director, Channel Partner Sales

Andy Steinke, Director, Channel Partner Sales is responsible for the success of BCM One’s Channel Partner Program from partner on-boarding and enablement strategy, strategic product enablement, client engagement and overall management of the BCM One Channel Partner team. Andy’s mission is to enable our partners to sell across our suppliers and products/solutions with ease, creating a safe harbor for their revenue, with long term support and commitments for both our partners and their clients.

Steinke joined BCM One close to 10 years ago and has been instrumental in the growth of the BCM One’s channel partner program. Steinke was recognized to the prestigious list of 2018 Channel Chiefs by CRN® representing top leaders in the IT channel who excel at driving growth and revenue.


Steinke holds a B.S. in both Biology and Crime, Law and Justice, and a minor in Military History from The Pennsylvania State University.


Meghan Neilan

Director, Sales

Meghan Neilan, Director of Sales, is responsible for managing the retention and growth of BCM One’s account base in addition to recruiting new logos nationally by engaging with new medium and enterprise-sized clients.

Neilan has been an instrumental part of BCM One’s growth having been with the company since 2006 and rising through the ranks in sales management. She has managed various strategic partnerships with suppliers, technology vendors, signature clients and is a key contributor to the growth of the “BCM One Gives Back Program” by building our non-profit vertical, a key market for BCM One. Neilan was recognized to the prestigious list of CRN’s 2018 Women of the Channel.
