Why did BCM One acquire CloudStrategies?
The transaction further positions BCM One as a leading Microsoft cloud provider, adding to their existing expertise and now supported by a team of professionals from CloudStrategies with years of experience managing customer deployments across the entire Microsoft suite of cloud services including Office 365, Skype for Business and Azure.
How will CloudStrategies be integrated into BCM One?
Key members from the CloudStrategies team will now make up a specialized team of Microsoft Cloud experts – solution architects, project managers and customer training and support teams at BCM One initiating and managing customer deployments for services including Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business and Microsoft Azure.
What will happen to the CloudStrategies brand?
Per the acquisition agreement, CloudStrategies will now be referred to as BCM One and the company will be fully aligned under the BCM One brand.
Are there plans to discontinue any CloudStrategies products and services?
No discontinuation is planned, as we expect to continue to focus on helping businesses discover, adopt, and manage intelligent cloud solutions as part of the BCM One family.
Will the acquisition affect customer support we receive from CloudStrategies currently?

Are former CloudStrategies executives or team members joining BCM One?
Yes, four members of the CloudStrategies team have joined the BCM One team as BCM One employees.
- Pete Zarras, Founder & CEO of CloudStrategies will now lead the Microsoft Cloud Strategies team at BCM One.
- Dean Murray, Cloud Solutions Architect at CloudStrategies will now be the lead Cloud Solutions Architect for all Microsoft Cloud Client deployments for BCM One.
- Traci Blowers, Director of Operations at CloudStrategies will now lead Microsoft Cloud Operations & Channel Support

Will the former headquarters for CloudStrategies remain in operation?
The CloudStrategies headquarters will not remain in operation. All operations will be based at BCM One’s existing headquarters located at 521 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY.
Will existing CloudStrategies customer support agreements continue to be honored?
All existing CloudStrategies customer support agreements have been transitioned over to BCM One customer support agreements.
How will customers know if there is a change to their sales account team?
We are committed to a smooth transition for customers. Customers will be notified if there are any changes to their account teams. Currently, we don’t anticipate significant changes.
Whom should CloudStrategies customers call for product support?
Customers should continue using their existing channels.
